I took my wedding ring to Buchroeder's as a diamond had come out of it. Shelby was such a wonderful person to work with. She took care of everything from start to finish and made the situation much less stressful. She called, emailed, and texted to keep me informed. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! It's so hard to find good customer service today and I usually end up spending my time doing someone else's job, but I did not have to do a thing and she was truly great. And, my ring looks amazing!

My husband and I had a bad experience at a local jeweler a couple years ago that really left a bad taste. When friends described the posituve experience they recenrly had at Buchroeders we reluctantly decided to give them a try. Amazing people amazing service Sara Sarno was my sales woman she was awesome followed thru with everything she said she was gonna do. The quality of the diamond and the work they performed was amazing. They also helped me fit everything I wanted into my budget I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement rings or any type of fine jewelry

If you collect and are into fine watches I highly recommend staying far far away from this place. They have an employee by the name of Jeff running around telling everyone they have a fake watch, when in fact they aren't authorized dealers of any fine watch brand and further more aren't a licensed dealer. Jeff wanted to take the back case off my 2015 Rolex Submariner, to "verify it was real" all the while knowing this would void waterproof seal of the watch. Furthermore they aren't licensed or capable of re-sealing the case.... read more
