By far the best service I have ever received! Everyone was so friendly and the selection is second to none. Sara did an amazing job helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring. She even came in on her day off to work with my schedule! I was very impressed with how she followed up with me and genuinely cared about educating me rather than trying to sell me. I also recommend buying the protection plan, it seems like an awesome value.
Ordered a pre-owned ring from their site for a great price! Was able to get a much nicer ring than if I had bought new. Shipping was fast and they even helped me switch it to pickup at a UPS center. Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service.
