The team at Buchroeders was super friendly and welcoming. Alanna was right there, to assist me, in purchasing a engagement ring. She was very friendly and helpful during the whole experience. She was very patient and knew all the answers to my questions. It made an experience that can be very stressful, pleasant and simple!
Alanna helped me out so much during the engagement process and I was able to get a ring my fiancé absolutely loves!! It was a great experience!
Large thank you to Buchroeder's team and Shelby for always taking the extra time to make sure my ring looks fantastic. I stopped by to have my ring cleaned, Shelby assisted me right away and noticed that my center stone was loose. She had it cleaned and fixed in less than ten minutes. Highly recommend :)
