We used them many times and the first time we had a leaking toilet they came amd fixed it. 6 month later it leaked again, he reluctantly came and fixed it and didn't charge us. A couple years later is leaking again, they tell us that it's not covered and we must've treated it rough(?). Is it loose? (you installed it!). Was it clogged and hot water was used? (no!). Needed a plumber @5pm on a Saturday. Sewage back up at one of my rental properties. Bucci called me back within 15 minutes of my call. It was all taken care of within 2 hours. Btw… the other 6 plumbers I called with 24 hour service, I am still waiting for a call back. Thank you Bucci for your quick response!!
