The portions should be larger, waiter was excellent .
As we are temporarily leaving in a hotel nearby, we have gotten take out here three nights in a row and found the staff pleasant, entrees enjoyable and bread delicious. The Fettuccine Supremo was nice, the Chicken and Sausage Ziti good (and without onions as requested) but the Eggplant Parmigiana was by far the best of the three. Hopefully no one is offended by this feedback - but the night we had the Eggplant Parmigiana, our dog was drooling while waiting for us to finish. This review is of our most recent visit, earlier tonight. We arrived before 5:45 pm and the restaurant wasn't crowded. We ordered our food immediately upon getting our drinks and it literally took 40 minutes to be served spaghetti and meatballs and a chicken parmigiana. Ridiculous. On top of that, our waiter was extremely unpersonable. There was no concession on the check for the major inconvenience. We are now late for our ticketed evening plans. Such an expensive disappointment.
Don't waste your time or money!!! Our server Mindi was horrible, as we waited 15min. before she even came to the table to address us. We placed our order & 1 1/2 hrs. later, the kids meals were brought after we asked.....the manager came over to apologize & state that she'd take care of some the meal.....the tickets were brought & nothing taken off. Horrible & lousy service, after 2 hrs. of waiting.
Some of the dishes were very very tasty but the pasta was not warm and very dry. Service was good.

If you planning to order and pick up. Do NOT order from Clint. Just ask to speak to the manager. He has a very smart mouth. He is not a friendly person. I think he probably has the worst customer service skills i have ever seen. The first time I ordered there he gave me my food and did not say "have a great day." Tonight (2/27/16) I took a friend there for her birthday. We had reservations. We were constantly having wait staff and managers come to our table asking if we needed anything. After a while it became obvious that we were being rushed so we would leave. We were not able to enjoy our meal and socialize. We won't be back.
Treana, our server seemed very bothered if we asked about or for anything! Took 20 minutes to get bread that we had to ask for. Overall the feeling of the employees was tense. We were there a few minutes before 4:00, took 20 minutes to be seated, although we were the first dinner guests! We took pictures of the nasty spider webs and food stuck to the picture above us.
