Went for the 1st time today. I thought it was clean & the price was rite. Also awesome that they have free WiFi so you can watch Netflix, surf the web or wtvr, without using your data. All while chilling on one of the couches or chairs. Will definitely come back, found my new laundry spot :-) .
So easy to drop off and come back to pick up the laundry and it is ready! Love this service!
A shout out to Bubble Fresh Laundry in Kaukauna.. this morning, while doing my pillows and comforters, I didn't have any pockets in my jammies and put my cash on top of a washer. I can't express how thrilled i was to find out that a good Samaritan turned in my money to the office after they opened. I had been there alone way earlier in the morning before the office was open so this person could easily been a couple of bucks richer. Clean as can be, fast!!! Friendly service if you need help. Comfortable seating while you wait. Loads all done in under an hour. BIG machines if you need them too.
Tonite was my first time doing laundry here cause my washer died yesterday. Such a different laundromat experience than I'm used to! Very clean, modern facilities with lounge area, kids play area and a free video game system. My kids loved it here. It was so easy getting everything done at once and the washers and dryers were super efficient! Attendant Lynn was super friendly and helpful. I thought she was the owner, but she's not. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Will definitely recommend to my friends!
