RecommendedHow is it that I had not heard about this place?! We went there tonight because I had bought a coupon in Half-Price Ozarks and WOW! In our opinion, this place has hands-down the best bar-b-q in Springfield!! Just what we had been looking for and we will DEFINITELY be back and will recommend whole-heartedly to friends! I also loved the 'homey' décor, especially the chairs! :-) Thanks for finally bringing some great bar-b-q to Springfield!

I have been to several BBQ restaurants and hands down Bubba's is the best BBQ restaurant in Springfield!! They are reasonably priced, the amount of food you get is more than enough, and the quality can't be beat!!!! When you go try this place you have to try the ribs and the burnt ends!! It's so great to finally have a great BBQ place on the west side of town! Keep up the excellent work Bubba's!!!!
Very surprised. Easily the best BBQ in town. Friendly staff and everything was tender/fall off the bone.
I just ate there for the first time, and it was AMAZING! The burnt ins where perfect, Okra was super crisp and service was very helpful!! Can't wait to eat there again!!!!! #thatsauceisthebomb
Man I'm making my way through the menu...must try the fried pies...I had all three offered...pecan, apple and cherry.

Fantastic! Best ribs! Tender falling off the bone meat.Cole slaw is really good. Where else can you get pink Cole slaw?!
