We just ate at Bubba's BBQ this evening and the food was fantastic!!! We had the Ultimate Platter, 5 kinds of meat, 3 sides and Texas toast. We both filled up and took home the rest for another meal. I highly recommend the Burnt Ends and the beans...they were my favorite but it all was delicious! If you haven't tried this place yet, you need to. The staff was super friendly and the place is real clean and it is a great place to take the family....hope you try it soon...if you don't...you are missing out!!!
Great BBQ great people! I take my BBQ seriously being from KC and I'd put them with the best, add the great atmosphere and you can't beat it...
RecommendedThe burnt ends are to die for they melt in your mouth, ribs are amazing, and the sausage is also delicious. Their bbq sauce is just the right amount of sweet and spicy. The service is also amazing everyone is so friendly.

I had a lunch date with my hubby this afternoon and decided to finally try bubba's. Hands down the best in Springfield!!! I had the 3 meat combo with turkey, ham and burnt ends with fried okra and mac and cheese. The best burnt ends I've had since I was a kid. They were juicy, fresh and full of flavor. The beans are to die for. The fries are legit homemade and delicious. The spicy bbq sauce is on fleek. The bubba burger will make you smile after every bite! The staff works as a team to serve you. One of springfield's hidden treasures.
