RecommendedIt took me 10 yrs to find a bbq I like as much as COUSIN'S BBQ in FtWorth, Tx. I am not a fan of sweet sauce. I also like that its not singularly smoked in Hickory wood. Bubba's IS Springfield's best bbq. Oh & don't forget the AWESOME Baked Beans, to die for. Mac & cheese sooo comforting creamy....their spicy sauce is perfect!😘❣

Staff was nice. The burnt ends were mostly fat, but loved the corn on the cob. Paid way too much for the portions we got. I think I could have gotten more at Rib Cribs on their children's plate. Rib crib is actually cheaper for us.

Some of the best BBQ I have ate in a long time and the potatoe salad is amazing!!
Great service. Great people. EXCELLENT selection in adult drinks. Just needs to make a batch of PEACH!!! ;-)
