Terrible, from the food to the incredible lack of service and management. We have never been treated so rudely at an establishment. The hostess, Shannon, was abrupt and offensively impolite. After waiting nearly 2 hours and a multitude of other patrons seated before us, we agreed to stay after speaking to management who assured us we would be taken care of and compensated accordingly. The food was Delicious! Seafood platter was excellent! The service was okay, not very attentive & didn't wait for a response when ordering. We would try it again simply for the food!
I really don't like that a 1 is considered "I hated it". I do not want to use the word hate, but greater than a 1 is not acceptable here. I normally would give Bubba's a good review. We eat here every year and have always been pleased. Now we may never be back. After my 7 year old sister was told by the hostess that she would have to go to the bar to pay for her toy from the gift store, she went over to the bar. There was 2-3 people sitting at the bar. Great food!!! I had to get a to go box because I couldn't eat it all. The employees were very nice.
I really wanted to give this restaurant a good review. I really did... Our server was great and personable, but one of the kitchen guys delivering food got irate, was wearing headphones, and didn't pay any attention to our food after we expressed it wasn't made correctly. The manager was apologetic two minutes into walking into the door. On top of all of that... the food was below average at best. On a Wednesday afternoon, you'd have to expect better than this.
The mahi mahi was burnt and very bitter to the point of it being inedible.
Best seafood I have had in a long time. Love it service was great
