Very fresh and good seafood Friendly service Would definitely visit Bubba's again when I return to the gulf coast
Good food but terrible service. We arrived at opening time and were the 2nd of 2 tables seated. 30+ minutes after ordering the waitress informs us there was a problem in the kitchen and they had just started our food. Another 30 minutes later our food arrived. No apology. No discount offered. Nothing. If you can't do better than that with only 2 tables seated, I cannot imagine how awful it is during peak times. Will not done there again. Too many other choices with better service.
It was AWFUL!!! Ants crawling on the table and on us. The food was cold and terrible.
Glad to see we are not the only ones with a bad experience here ! Don't do any good to complete tho! Want be back!!

We went there for the steamer witch was not a steamer at all came out on plate and was already cold and didn't have any flavor at all but was asked to make it a little spicy when we ordered it and instead the unhelpful waitress brought out a small cup of dry spices and said I could add my own wow is all I can say . We had a party of 8 and it was not busy at all but yet we didn't get a refill on drinks and had to ask for napkins and wet wipes . It was a great experience. The food was great and the service too!
We have alwatys eaten at Bubbas and can always count in it for great food. What a disappointment this meal was! Nate had been asking for crab legs. You couldn't substitute any of the sides and the menu said that both of our meals came with cole slaw. Neither had cole slaw. I asked the waitress and she said it doesn't come with cole slaw. He ate his crab legs ok although not very much to them and the butter had garlic in it. I had steamed shrimp. It was very bland and cold. I learned my lesson. Won't be going back. I was very disappointed in the service and food. First off the bartender/Waitress was very rude when I asked for a kids menu for my special needs child. As she does not eat much and likes the coloring page and crayons. She did give me one, but she was clearly not nice about it. When the food came it was all cold, except for the fish that was only slightly warm.
