The service was great and the food even better.
Very rude service, and food was horrible. Way to many rules and not a family friendly environment. I had my kids with me, the waitress Adrianne, was very rude and was talking bad about Bubbas Seafood House. She went and had the manager Carlos come out since I asked a simple question and apparently that’s not allowed. She first thought it was ok to give me a dirty look before she left our table. Went to this location with 15 family members, got up to use the restroom with half a plate left and when I came back my plate was gone cause they thought I “was done” and I wasn’t. The waitress we had was rude. Need to learn a thing or 2 about customer service...
Had crab legs they were real good. Shrimp was bland no taste. Waitress was slow about refilling drink.
Food and service were great. We all ordered something a little different from one another. The grouper sandwich what amazing as was the grilled shrimp. Two thumbs up!
For what u pay, not a top notch experience. Appetizer was cold, manager nor the server cared or apologized, and they will not sub any sides even though they are the same price. They are kind of snotty about it. Fish was ok. Portions were good. Good luck.
Horrible service our waiter forgot to take our order and didn't come to our table for over a hour.
Good meal, Alex was awesome.
