My wife and I drove 2 hour to give Bubba's Q a try. We were not disappointed. It was some of the best ribs and brisket we have ever had.
Unfortunately I waited a long time to eat here. The service was lousy French fries were cold and my Jim Brown burger had burnt cheese on it was not what I was expecting.
Always excellent. Deboned ribs and beans. Always take our out of town guests here. Never ever disappoints.

Got the brisket it was like shoe leather very small proportion.. and a horrible price
It wasn't as great of an experienced as it was the other times I went there. The ribs didn't fall off the bones. I felt they need more cooking time. The green beans which used to be thin and fresh were canned. And the mac & cheese which I have never had before was a pricier side and amounted to a half cup of stouffers mac & cheese. Nothing special there. Seemed like prices went up and quality went down.
