Sending this review as we are still sitting here. We've been here twice before, the food and service were excellent. However, this time around the service and food were the worst by far. We waited around 10 minutes to be waited on for our drinks......and that only happened by asking the young man who was sweeping the floor. When the waitress finally came, did not have many things that were on the menu. And, to top it off.......our food was cold. Don't know if we will be back. First time visitor today, excellent food, I'll be back!
Ribs were the best!!! Sides were small!! Our waiter was excellent! (James) Came from Toledo just to try the boneless ribs! Will definitely return!
Best BBQ I've ever had and the staff is amazing, so considerate and understanding. Could not have been more pleased with the visit.
The boneless ribs were dry and over cooked. The sides were tiny but okay. The most starting experience was what a mess this place has become. It was dirty. Tables, chairs, baby seats, cold storage where desserts are kept...the servers looked dirty. Open toes shoes. My husband said the mens bathroom was "disgusting". Plenty of people just standing around. I wonder if Bubba who now lives in Florida knows what a mess his namesake has become. Old TV's with no sports on....pretty disgusting.
So, for the patio only having a couple of small groups eating there, it took about 20-30 minutes to get a table for our group. Ok, not so bad, as the rest of the group were a little behind. Once seated, the server was nice, but it felt a lot like we were kinda forgotten about. Was told that at 6:30 on a Saturday they were out of their "famous boneless ribs."
