The ribs took a WEEK to arrive although they were sent via UPS air and they were WARM to the touch -not even cold much less frozen, . NOT SAFE TO EAT.
Terrible service. Slow and out of food items. Rude to customers at the next table. Swearing around kids and so unprofessional. Food was cold and overlooked and dry. Restarting was filthy and smelled. Restrooms were even worse.
30.00 for a slab of ribs are you kidding ! They are over cooked and the corn muffins had MOLD on them. Waitress said that the mold happen over night so she must knew that it was moldy and still put it on our plate .AND mold on corn muffins does Not happen over night Not Stupid !!! Pretty sad when the waitress tells us that it is over priced and Yes it is . What up with a slab of ribs at 13.99 take out and then you charge 29.99 a slab to eat in . What a waste of time coming out there.
Third time we were here, first 2 times was really bad! This time it was ok. James was our waiter & he was attentive....but we were the only ones in the restaurant!! I ordered the boneless rib sandwich, it was ok, but the single strip of onio was not enough. Put more onions, & get sweet pickles to put on it!! The potato chips were very hard & bland! I don't feel this sandwich is worth $11.99. My hubs had the pulled pork sandwich, he just ate the pork & scrapped the hard bun!!! Everything just ok......not sure if its worth ano... read more
Went to Gordon Food Service in Elyria on Saturday and picked up Bubba's boneless ribs. Had them that night. Awesome! Quick and easy to make. The price point is good.
The food always looks amazing and the service is top notch! The best part is the Baker's always walk around the restaurant to make sure you are having a great dining experience. If you're looking for great BBQ and service, you'll find it at Bubbas-Q.
The food was absolutely delicious! My family will be back again.
