Everything is great. Food delicious. Service excellent. Love playing trivia.
Well the food was just ok for being owned by Landry’s. Good got to us at the same time as our appetizers.

Great seafood and the waitress did a great job with trivia questions from Forrest Gump movie. She was friendly and upbeat.
We first tried Bubba Gumps in Chicago and it was absolutely phenomenal. We tried it here in Gatlinburg last night and it was absolutely horrible. Me and my wife got the Forrest’s seafood feast and it was basically nothing but overcooked fries and three very small pieces of fish and six shrimp. We also got the shrimp macaroni appetizer but it was either under cooked noodles or they got reheated and we’re Absolutely horrible. Love Bubba Gumps but wouldn’t recommend the one in Gatlinburg unless you like dissatisfaction.
We had a party of three for lunch and were seated immediately upstairs. Our drinks were brought out promptly while we looked over the menu. There was a minor wait for the food and the waitress played an extended version of Forrest Gump Trivia with us. The food was great and they kept us refilled on drinks; and we received to go cups upon request. Very good experience overall.
The steamed shrimp was awesome! Cool seating second floor by the window.
Hate is a lil strong but like most Bubba Gump restaurants- overpriced for the food and the drinks
