Overpriced and overrated. Fish and shrimp were not fresh. Never again.

Best shrimp around! We go every time we’re in town.
We spent 4 days in Gatlinburg and tried numerous restaurants but Bubba Gumps was the absolute best! The only problem we had was our waitress didn’t speak real good English and I did have to ask her to repeat things quite often. Service was great and the food was excellent!
Good good. Maslie was nice and played forrest Gump trivia.
The $20 meal of fish and shrimp with fries and the fish was pitiful! Got a side order of the coconut shrimp and before ordering that, asked the waiter how much it was and she said $4. On the receipt, it said $10 for 4 shrimp on top of cabbage! � got a souvenir cup to go. The bill came out to a bit over $50 and the waitress didn’t even bring back the change from the cash given to pay the bill. Disappointing
