My husband and I were there at lunch time on a Friday and absolutely loved it!!! Joshua was our server he had a great personality and was amazing!!! Thank you for making our first ever Bubba Gump visit amazing!!!

Finally a great bowl of shrimp and grits but my husband's wasn't too good but he ate it....
We have been going here every thanksgiving weekend since 2011 and it has been great but this year Not the same! We went to 3 other restaurant's the same weekend and got better service and it was way cheaper and better food!
Food was great and Montana was a delight she went out if her way to make sure that we enjoyed the entire experience.
Great food with a great atmosphere....also all the movie items, It was enjoying to view different questions and seeing all the different pictures...enjoyed myself
I had such a wonderful experience here this weekend! The food was amazing and I really love the atmosphere. Emily was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic. One of the best servers I've ever had! She was very laid back and knowledgeable about the menu. She helped me get exactly what I wanted when I couldn't find it (boat trash with the crab legs...I had gotten it before but now it comes with lobster). This place is no more than mediocre (if that), which is very disappointing! We ate here last evening because I was so excited about trying this place and thought it would be my favorite seafood restaurant; but the service was lousy, the food isn't very tasty, the food came out lukewarm and in small portions, and the drinks are watered down and too expensive! This was our most expensive meal in Gatlinburg, and it was also our least favorite (due to the quality). Bummer!! �
