If you have ever been to any other Bubba gump locations, DO NOT go here! This location in no way shape or form represents the brand like I ve seen in other cities. Absolutely piss poor service from the hostess stand to walking out the door! The hostesses were literally sitting in the booth near the hostess stand talking and i watched customers having to seek them out and ask for a table. Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Baltimore MD, we didn't eat at the restaurant, we shopped at the store. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The young man that waited on us was very nice and was helpful in answering our questions.
Our waiter Donte, did an excellent job with a party of eight... He got two drinks wrong, but quickly corrected his errors... I asked for seltzer water with lemon and was brought a regular water and when I told him that I would like a seltzer water for the second time he then brought another water right away only for me to taste it and realize it was plain water... At this point I was fine with it.... Drunk my water and was content!! Food � my drink �service �..... thank you BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP for the experience!!
We traveled from Connecticut for my mother's 60th Birthday to share the day with family. We were seated right away but the service was lacking from the start. We waited about fifteen minutes before our waiter "Donte" came over to take beverage orders. He stated it was a communication error between the himself & hostess. We waited awhile for our food and when it came it wasn't hot at all. My meal was wrong and his explanation wasn't making sense and didn't coincide with what was on the menu. Service was great, however the food was extremely over-priced and you really didn't get a lot of food.
The food was great if you got it and if it was hot. I had a growing party that started with 5 and ended up being about 15 people. I never got my dinner, some food was cold, drinks .... if the order was taken for a long period of time after arriving was lat to be delivered or was the wrong drink. Lastly, it was also my Aunts birthday which we made the server aware of, but a party that arrived about 30 minutes after us seemed to have the whole wait staff come over and performed a great celebratory and interactive song and dnce... read more

My husband and I wanted to try your restaurant for the first time ever since we do not have any in RI Ordered shrimp cocktail it was old and dry Not a good experience at all And it was extremely warm in the restaurant Will not recommend or return
