Every time we go to Baltimore that is where we eat. Service is great and staff is friendly.
Fantastic staff with awesome skills, we were well looked after, great experience, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere were all brilliant highly recommend going there had a great time.
I cant say thank you enough! Weve been wanting to go for the longest time! The name itself is absolutely wonderful but in all honesty the staff is what makes or breaks a business! My fiance passed away in April and I havent been able to take our kids out of Va much til yesterday to see my momma (inlaw).... I truly had a wonderful experience! Loved the food and drinks. The atmosphere was also nice.
Waitress was super sweet and on top of things. Everything we ate and drank was delicious.
We were seated immediately. However it went downhill from there . We waited around 15-20 minutes. Then we asked where was our server. A trainee took are order. Then we felt water and the ceiling started leaking. We were told to move, but no one told us where to move. We finally got another table. Someone came and delivered our food. From that point on we never saw a server again. Then someone gave us the check, we waited and waited and waited for someone to pick up the check. Staff was excellent! Super friendly. Great drinks
The hostesses were extremely helpful and accommodating for my disabled parents. Never saw a stressed or frowning staff. Everyone was super pleasant, helpful and attentive.
It was a great outing the food was great and I had a nice time just me and my son and the customer service was awesome
