RecommendedMy first visit at bty dental was pleasurable. I was helped by Dr. Jlee, sunny and Isabel. Isabel was great to talk with which made me relax and showed me how hard working she is. Sunny cleaned my teeth well and gently, addressing my teeth sensitivity, and Dr Jlee was very informative, he explained and showed me the teeth that are main concern and those that are needed to watch over. I highly recommend BTY dental to everyone.

I set up an appointment for 4:30pm on 10/28/19 showed up ten minutes early. Was told to have a seat and wait. I did patiently. Another patient comes in maybe 15 minutes after me and had a 4:30 appointment too. One hour goes by and they called the other patient informing him he was next. So are you telling me if I come in early for my appointment I still have to wait while the other patient showed up late and gets treated before me.
