Very personable and caring Staff! Can't speak highly enough about how GREAT Dr McKinley is!! Not only here at the Office but at BSA Hospital as well!!
Amazing how long of a wait we have to make to even get one ounce of service. You would believe there would be more communication but yet there is none. Worst experience ever. Thank you BSA on second thought thank you for what.
My mom had surgery on Friday and has been unable to take the pain meds given to her. She called today at 9:30am to get something without codeine because it bothers her heart and they finally called her back at 4pm. The nurse said she would call something in. She didn't. So I called the Dr on call at 5:45. He asked why we were calling after hours?? Dr. Fillmore did am excellent job fixing my thumb/palm after a horrible 4 wheeler accident. And the staff is amazingly helpful and supportive!
