Hats off to Herschel Tague and his employees at Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning Co. I called Mr. Tague Jan 30,2014 because my furnace was making noise. It was determined that the old furnace needed to be replaced. They replaced it the following day. This company is very honest and fairly priced. I highly Recommend Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning! Ray W

worst service/noshow – we had an appointment for them to come out yesterday. they never showed up. we called and the unhelpful person who answered supposedly couldnt reach the technician so no answers . so we waited for nothing. they dont care about their customers. we gave them the benefit of the doubt since this happened once before. their time is more valuable than yours . the least they can do is call if they are running late. they dont even do that.

Four hours late and rude – I was scheduled for a service call from 2 pm - 4 pm. At 4:30, I called Bryant, having heard nothing from them and was told it would be closer to 6:00. When the technician finally arrived at 7:00, he looked at my air conditioner and said that he couldn't do any service since it was frozen. When I remarked that it might have been nice had someone told me that piece of information and that it needed to be fixed that night, he told me that he didn't care and that I could call someone else.
