I have brought my kid in twice in the past year. Seen the same Dr. Both times he questioned my parenting. I can't control what happens when my kids are with the other parent. I take care of them when they are with me. I should not be treated that way. unacceptable
RecommendedI really like coming here for Urgent Care needs. They accept Medicaid, and I don't have to drive all the way to the small, cramped, first come, first served Urgent Care places on North 27th and wait forever to be seen. Bryan Urgent care gives you the opportunity to save a spot online to reduce waiting. The facility is up to date in decor, clean, and I've never waited longer than 10 minutes. Have not had a good experience here twice. The doctors didn’t seem to care about my symptoms and wanted me in and out ASAP.
Great treatment. friendly staff. Got me in before I finished filling out the paperwork. Very clean and modern facility.
My college son has been sick with fever, chills, body ache for two days. His pcp is in Omaha. Was seen and diagnosed with Strep Throat. So glad he was seen here. Great doctor and staff!
5 Star Great folks. Dr Israel kind. Genuine. Talked to my daughter in a way she could understand. Added humor to decrease her anxiety. Highly recommend.
Had to go to another facility to get a X-ray. Had a 170/110 BP and was told to stay off my foot and it wouldn’t hurt then sent home. The Dr on duty was awful.
Dr. Xu and the nurse were great and kind to me. They are dedicated to helping you figure out what is wrong and truly care about the patients that come in. I didn't have to wait long at all.
