I was satisfied with the summary from my mechanic about my car service and how quickly my oil change appointment went. Most of all, my car was returned to me the way and brought it in. Unlike the dealership in my neighborhood, giving me my car with oil smudges everywhere. Also, Erin at the check in service desk is the best!
I was looking forward to assisting my daughter in law in buying a Forester today but thanks to poor customer service that did not happen. First the sales manager needs to learn how to greet any potiental buyer not just the male gender who may appear to have financial means to purchase a vehicle. Second the salesperson seemed more interested also in helping out the male customer.. So the bottom line is if you are a female please find another Subaru dealership to buy your car.
Car is awesome and appreciate the no pressure sales and working with my unusual situation. I know the Subaru sells itself but thank you for making this the best buying experience of any major purchase i’ve ever had. Thanks again, Dr. Chris "Buck" Buchanan

My experience buying a new Forester in one word - EASY. Orren Lewis was very knowledgeable about Subaru the company and the vehicles. Passionate without being overbearing. Paul made the paperwork a breeze too.
I had a great experience. Been in love with Subarus since I was a kid and I finally got one. Don and Terry worked to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
