I had a minor issue on my Impreza. Jeff and the Subaru Service Team did a fantastic job scheduling, securing me a loaner car, and keeping me updated via text. They moved quickly to check me in and out, and despite the amount of whining they must hear from customers all day were quite chipper.

On Friday I brought my Impreza in for a recall on the break lines. After they "completed" it, I discovered three of my wheels loose. Monday while heading to work, the break line that was just replaced blew causing a loss of my breaks. As it turns out, they only felt like replacing 3/4 of the lines (hence, why 3/4 wheels were loose) and managed to screw up the replacement so bad that the tires rubbed the line through on the line they did replace. I love my service department! Shout out to Brian G, Jason, John and Dee! Best team ever! Always took care of me and my Koby (WRX)! They are friendly and always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome!! I will bring my car here even tho I moved to the northshore! Brian is my adviser! He’s always to the point and makes sure what I need for my car is actually what I need! Awesome guy! Thanks! Will be back for all my maintenance and repair work!
