RecommendedI had a minor issue on my Impreza. Jeff and the Subaru Service Team did a fantastic job scheduling, securing me a loaner car, and keeping me updated via text. They moved quickly to check me in and out, and despite the amount of whining they must hear from customers all day were quite chipper.

On Friday I brought my Impreza in for a recall on the break lines. After they "completed" it, I discovered three of my wheels loose. Monday while heading to work, the break line that was just replaced blew causing a loss of my breaks. As it turns out, they only felt like replacing 3/4 of the lines (hence, why 3/4 wheels were loose) and managed to screw up the replacement so bad that the tires rubbed the line through on the line they did replace. I love my service department! Shout out to Brian G, Jason, John and Dee! Best team ever! Always took care of me and my Koby (WRX)! They are friendly and always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome!! I will bring my car here even tho I moved to the northshore! Brian is my adviser! My sales person, Farid Fajardo, could not have been more pleasant to deal with, and I have already recommended him to someone. I hope he is with you many years and that I have the chance to buy another vehicle from him or help a grandchild buy a certified model there in the next few years. I also was happy with my briefer dealings with Andy Daigle, so I have no complaint.
Today my girlfriend and I went to Bryan Subaru to look at a used car that we thought was a great a deal. The salesmen that we met was a very nice guy and took care of everything we asked and set us up with a test drive. After we came back, we were ready to began the paperwork and talk with the finance department. As we started all of this he had his "appraisal" guy go check her car that we had planned on trading in. My salesperson Rex was so nice to work with. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle's features. He wasn't pushy about the sale and was just a very friendly guy. I also appreciated having coffee and snacks while waiting on all of the paperwork to get done. AND to be able to make new (free) tags for our fur-babies was a really cool bonus! Overall, everyone at the dealership was helpful & friendly!
