I liked the no pressure, friendly sales staff. The staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. It was unlike my previous experiences with buying a car, where the salespeople can be very aggressive. It made the car buying experience very pleasant, and something that I wouldn't fear about doing again.
Jason Gullo was tremendously helpful to me. He was able to answer all of my questions about my car and guided me concerning the routine maintenance that is recommended by Subaru.
They took great care of my auto and of me. From the time I walked in to my final walk through. They kept appointment schedule and I received updates all while I was waiting. The most pleasant service people. I wont be needing to go anyplace else for my Subaru maintenance . There were zero surprises( A good thing)! I've owned Subarus for many years and they will keep me in one for many more.
With this being my first experience with a Subaru vehicle, I had a great experience, everyone was helpful, they took their time and explained all the features on my vehicle to me and how to use them, if I need more explaining I can go back at any time. Actually had to go back today because of a feature I did not know about and did not know how to correct, as soon as I entered the parking lot my salesman came out immediately without me having to get out of the vehicle and took care of my issue. I had a great shopping and buying experience. Greg Bourgeois was very laid back, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to get the Outback with the features that i wanted. I never felt pressured at any time and i am extremely satisfied with my 2016 Outback
BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! THEY TREATED ME AND MY CAR LIKE WET GARBAGE!!!! Came for airbag recall, they call me and say it's ready, but now there is no stereo or my $3000 of stereo equipment. They say its not their fault.
