PLEASE HELP ME SHARE OUR STORY! BRYAN SUBARU located at 8305 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA knowingly let Lidia, my disabled partner, and me drive halfway across the country in an utterly unsafe vehicle. Knowingly sent friends in an unsafe car that could have literally killed them after taking $4200 for repairs that were never done to the vehicle. After the complete lack of repairs were found by another Subaru dealership, Bryan refused to refund their money. Would never recommend this dealership or their service department.

Fantastic service. They are always helpful, including walking me through what needs to be done to make sure that my car is running perfectly.
Greg did not explain that we were not getting the X-Mode with snow, even though we were explicit that the car was to registered in the mountains of Colorado. After we complained he said the snow feature was only available in the Limited model, which would be about $4000 more. He also did not tell us that there was extra charge for the complete StarLink services. I would recommend this, but would warn people to make sure they are told the complete story,
Bryan Subaru always delivers great customer service. Working with Remi is easy and he makes the interaction enjoyable. The waiting area is comfortable and it's nice to know they will get you to and from work if other transportation is not available.
