I started with Dr. Holland around 20 years ago. Once, when Dr. H. was booked, I agreed to let a clinic colleague drill out a cavity and fill my tooth. Within a day, the filling popped out; I was angry. I made an appointment with Dr. H. who refilled the tooth and did not even charge me because it was done at his clinic. Always a great experience. Jamie always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I enjoy catching up with her. All the ladies in the office are very friendly!
Hygienist was very nice and answered questions that I had. She was easygoing and easy to talk to. She also gave me helpful advice on how to floss more thoroughly under/behind my wire.
It had been a while since I had been to the dentist partly because I procrastinated and it was easier financially but partly because I wasn't crazy about our family dentist. Today was easy as pie and all went well! Everyone was very friendly and genuine! We're excited to have found a new dental family!
Dr. Satterfield was kind, concerned, and very attentive to my concerns and needs. He's the first dentist that has EVER administered a near painless injection! He was concerned about my comfort level throughout my dental procedures and I appreciated his and his assistant's extremely professional care.
