The staff is very friendly and professional. There was no long wait for my appointment. When I had to go in for an adjustment, they made sure I was satisfied before leaving.
I had my teeth cleaned June 7, 2016. Many years ago, I was afraid to go in the front door of a dentist office. I had to have nitrous oxide just to get my teeth cleaned....NOT ANYMORE! Dri.Holland Satterfield solved that problem. His gentle, kind, and understanding nature helped me get over my fear. Stephanie cleaned my teeth and was extremely patient and did a very good job. Dr. Bryan and his staff offer great customer service in a family atmosphere. Dr. Bryan will not quit until he is perfectly satisfied with his work. He will stay late, miss lunch, or do whatever it takes, to take care of his patients. HIs assistants also do whatever it takes to help him achieve this standard of care. He must have learned this kind of customer service from his Dad!
Staff was terrific as always and right on time.
Outstanding hygenist very gentle and helped me to relax. Dr.Satterfield was very encouraging, positive & friendly despite my bad teeth and terrible dental habits! Highly recommended!!
