Awesome hospital they took care of me
My son just had surgery and they were AMAZING. The nurses were absolutely great. Before operation they called and said they were starting and then afterwards they called and said they had finished and let us know everything went great. We were updated all the time. I definitely recommend coming here. My son wanted to walk and they gathered some students and pulled him in the wagon since he was hooked up to machines. I was seen by Bryan Medical Center in Broken Bow Jennie Melham Memorial Medical Center less than a month ago. I received three collection letters from Professional Choice Recovery in regards to the three visits. Never received a medical bill from Bryan. Called Professional Choice Recovery who demanded that I pay them now or offered a convenient four month payment plan. Pretty upset that they barely wait a month to send to collections. This is the best hospital with the nicest people. Willing to work to find answers. They truly advocate for their patients.
Bryan is the worst healthcare provider in Lincoln!!! They do not properly care for their patients and hang them out to dry when they make the error. They should be the last place you should look for in your healthcare needs.
Staff have been very helpful and caring!
This ER is the most unprofessional place I have ever been in. If you need professional medical care I would definitely not recommend this so called ER.
ER over 3 hrs wait time for carbon monoxide poisoning. Still sitting here.... Bad unprofessional place. Never again.
