Emergency Dr REFUSED to help me because he deemed me being in excruciating pain "not important" Instead the nurse decided she would try to help me.
The only test they did was a urine test and gave me an antibiotic and sent me on my way w all the pain I was in. My fiance demanded that I be looked and I was told well the Dr is on his way out the door. They caught him. I told them I want checked out cuz I could barely sit and thank God they did cuz I have a worse issue that needed attention. I'm so glad my man said something. I'm from Omaha and was visiting Lincoln to see my fiance so more than likely won't be back.
Everyone is so helpfull and the staff are friendly...
Seen in the ER for a kidney stone, staff was wonderful, took great care of me..Thank You!!
It was a very good experience. They treated me well. Took time to be there when I needed help and answered all my questions and the questions of my kids. Outstanding job
