I have been to Dr. Fagan for a visit several times. I am well pleased with the entire staff, the waiting time is minimal and Dr. Fagan is wonderful. He listens to my issue and knows exactly what to do. I went the last time because I had got to a point my arm was so painful when I slept and I had lost strength as well as I could not lift it. I am skeptical of steroids; but after getting an injection, it was like I had a “spring” installed in my arm. Knee pain brought me to see Dr Fagan on two occasions. Wait time was very short, I was in and out in under an hour. Xray showed bone on bone arthritis, so he drained fluid and gave a steriod shot, which he told me at the time may or may not give me some temporary relief, (maybe days or even several weeks) and that if it didn't, he would recommend an MRI.. it helped for a few days, so I called back scheduled and had an MRI. I am thoroughly pleased with my first visit with Dr Fagan! I thought he had a great bedside manner, and I was impressed that he didn’t jump straight into a test or treatment yet for my knee. (Conservative treatment first) I absolutely do not like shots, and never expected to have my knee injected, but it was literally a pain free experience. I would definitely recommend Dr Fagan and the NEO staff to others.
Dr Fagan , if he is a doctor, spends 2 minutes with you after you have waited 2 hours to see him. He does not listen and makes it very obvious that he doesn't care. Would never recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Fagan has excellent bedside manners! He very compassionate about his work! He has an amazing staff. He will be honest and refer you to someone else if he feels the need to.
