I am thoroughly pleased with my first visit with Dr Fagan! I thought he had a great bedside manner, and I was impressed that he didn’t jump straight into a test or treatment yet for my knee. (Conservative treatment first) I absolutely do not like shots, and never expected to have my knee injected, but it was literally a pain free experience. I would definitely recommend Dr Fagan and the NEO staff to others.
Dr Fagan , if he is a doctor, spends 2 minutes with you after you have waited 2 hours to see him. He does not listen and makes it very obvious that he doesn't care. Would never recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Fagan has excellent bedside manners! He very compassionate about his work! He has an amazing staff. He will be honest and refer you to someone else if he feels the need to.
