I've used Dr. Fagan for a couple different problems. First time was for triger fingers and that was apx. a year + ago and that was resolved and no problem any more. The latest visit was 1 day ago for a radiating pain from wrist upward through my thumb. It was horribly painful yesterday. I can only say I do see some improvement after treatment. My experience with Dr Fagin for my total knee replacement was exceptional. His overall attitude was one of concern for my well-being and progress as I recovered. Whatever questions and/ or concerns I had were addressed in a most caring way. He has an excellent and positive bedside manner which is so important in the healing process. I totally recommend his services.
Dr Fagen took care of my shoulder couldn’t ask for a better surgeon
The front office worker needs to tone down when she’s speaking with patients. She was very loud when asking questions.
Receptionist Laken was very helpful on telephone and office help was very courteous and helpful also.
Dr Fagan is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I am comfortable and confident in his ability to give me the care I need.
I have been to Dr. Fagan for a visit several times. I am well pleased with the entire staff, the waiting time is minimal and Dr. Fagan is wonderful. He listens to my issue and knows exactly what to do. I went the last time because I had got to a point my arm was so painful when I slept and I had lost strength as well as I could not lift it. I am skeptical of steroids; but after getting an injection, it was like I had a “spring” installed in my arm. Knee pain brought me to see Dr Fagan on two occasions. Wait time was very short, I was in and out in under an hour. Xray showed bone on bone arthritis, so he drained fluid and gave a steriod shot, which he told me at the time may or may not give me some temporary relief, (maybe days or even several weeks) and that if it didn't, he would recommend an MRI.. it helped for a few days, so I called back scheduled and had an MRI.
