Was able to get an appointment quickly. Short wait. Ancillary staff efficient and friendly. Dr. Fagan was excellent
Dr. Fagan has been very concerned and helpful during my injuries. I will be having surgery on October 31. I trust him completely. Very professional. I’m a retired nurse so I scrutinize from hello to goodbye and everything in the middle.
He was very helpful and even helped me get an appointment closer to my home.
Wasn't happy felt like more could have been done. I have a 50% tear in my elbow. Been in pain over 3 weeks. Wait given anything to help. Matter fact dont even know exactly what is torn. Didn't look at my book before entering my room or else he would of knew I already had an MRI before he was about to send me for another one. Last year had shoulder surgery and I complained while going through thearpy they said it'll work itselfout. A year later I'm still in pain and its popping out of place. Dr Fagan was over 2 hours late with no explanation
Dr Fagan is always professional and courteous. He is thorough in explaining the procedure and what is going on at each follow up visit. He shows to be very knowledgeable in his field and is compassionate about the patient.
Dr Fagan immediately put me at ease by taking the time to ask about me personally. He thoroughly explained the issue I’m having with my knee and presented my options for treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Fagan.
I saw Dr Fagan for knee pain. He was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. After drawing fluid from my knee and injecting steroids, my pain was significantly better the next day! I would use him again for sure!
Dr. Fagan was very polite. He made you feel like he generally concerned about you and he don't rush through the visit just to get to the next patient. He really cares he brings your situation so you understand what he's talking about. Which is very important to me to feel like he genuinely cares and understand your situation. Keep up the good work.
