My real estate agent recommended me to get my new house inspection done by Bryan and Bryan. So, I called them and set up an appointment. Unfortunately, it got cancelled few times because of the construction delays. But every time I called Bryan and Bryan, they rescheduled my appointment without any hesitation. Since the moment I called they were so professional and helpful, Cristy was the representative I have spoken with she is so amazing. I had asked if A Bilingual Inspector could be the one who would be part of the appointment & they did. Rene was amazing, he was so patient answered all my questions and took his time. I am so happy I had a great experience in this new journey ahead. Definitely recommend.
I had a home inspection with Bryan & Bryan on Apr 13th, 2022. I was remote at that time, and I asked the house inspector to pay attention to two (2) things: (1) structural issues and (b) termite infestation. The house inspector did not find any sign of termite infestation, but when we moved into the house, 2.5 mos later, we discovered severe termite infestation.
