We just rec'd a beautiful bonsai Rosemary tree. It arrived in good condition and smells heavenly. It also came packaged in about 2 cubic feet of styrofoam peanuts. That's Ridiculous!! It's an OXYMORONIC thing to do. Live plant + styrofoam? Not Eco-Friendly. Does Brussel really know this free shipping is horrible?

I received two plants as a gift. They were beautifully packed and arrived in Montana in excellent condition. The Fukien Tea lost all of its leaves, but is now almost completely covered with tiny bright green new ones. Ordered a few supplies which were equally well packed and shipped pronto. Great service and products.
I went into the nursery today, and selected a plant from a table clearly marked $17. Apparently the table was mislabeled, and they refused to sell me the plant for the posted price. Upon speaking with a manager, he told be he couldn't sell me a $50 plant for $17..what did I want him to do? I said I'd like to know how they would prevent this mispricing from being a recurring problem. He replied "I don't see it as a problem". I specifically chose this company because of the reviews it held. From my experience thus far, I now believe the reviews I was lead to believe were falsified. I have contacted customer service many times no response. If you do respond or resolve this issue, I will remove this. The story goes like this.
