Well my daughter ordered two bonsai's maple, and azalea. The maple was fine the azalea was dry almost dead. Very poor shipment did not receive at home, they said the address we gave was wrong that we no longer lived there. So we called customer service, fed ex, and they wanted us to give the driver directions on how to get to my home. I was like really, let me go down there and pick it up. Just terrible service. And we were supposed to receive the free gift, the shears, which we did not get in our package. So disappointed. W... read more
Better customer service.
I have purchased several trees from Brussels and they have always been very good and healthy. They package the trees extremely well. I would highly recommend them.
I bought from then 15 years ago because they have such a great reputation... I'm ready to try Bonsai again so I will be ordering shortly

I received the most beautiful Ponytail Palm that I have ever bought. It was part of my Birthday present this year. I wanted another but they said they are out of stock. You have a lifetime customer if I keep receiving gorgeous plants like the one I got today.

Ordered a Maple Bonsai, came with verticillium wilt. Could have killed the rest of my Maples, Never do business with this company again
