I ordered a Japanese black pine that was poorly trained with deep wiring constrictions and with the wire left embedded deep in the tree wrapping all the way up the trunk. After notifying customer service multiple times of the issue with the bonsia's health and training quality, I received no responses whatsoever. Extremely disappointed in a total absence of customer service. Be weary of buying from Brussel's Bonsai.

Both of my purchases perished after following care instructions to the letter and using their Bonsai Pro product. The bonsai evergreen that I purchased at a street fair in Fayetteville 6 years ago is thriving.
I ordered my bonsai from Brussels and I think it is absolutely fantastic. My only gripe, and it's a big one too, is that it was infected with over 50 little insects crawling everywhere! I would not order from them again until I'm assured by management that it is bug free like the label says it is!
Just a little disappointed, I've been a very loyal customer,.bought five trees this year alone,.my wife called the other day about getting the big portulacaria afra bonsai that was on sale,she missed it by one day,.asked if she could get the sale price,and was just a flat out NO,..we were on the road all weekend with work,all my trees have been great,..but I thought one day wouldn't be that big of a deal from a company this big,..🤔,..maybe time to use a different nursery.

I ordered 3 bonsais...each very different. They are so well packed, and beautiful plants. Very mature and well grown. Beautifully shaped, and mature. I think I can keep these growing! I will defiantly buy from them again!
Every tree I have bought from Brussels has been alive and well maintained. No duds. Working with the customer service people is a pleasure.
