Brus Room is a place I kno I can always come to and have a great meal and a great time at. Thanks to everyone at Brus room the Waiters, the bussers, the managers, Runners, Chef, Hostess, And Servers everyone who works here who makes my experience here amazing every time. My last few times coming here I’ve had the Pleasure of having Caroline as my Server. It’s great when you have someone with great energy that makes you feel very welcomed and gives you great service each time I come to Brus Room. Thank you the Brus Room Staff
we came to watch week one of football and were very surprised about the terrible quality of service. Bartenders at the front bar ignored you and when they made drinks they tasted terrible. We orderd wings and when they came out we waited for 10 minutes to get napkins, plates, and wipes. The manager was very rude and did nothing to make us happy. This is the 2nd time we have been here and the service both times has been terrible so clearly the management does not care about the quality of the customer experience.
I just got off the phone with Tanya the manager....we are praising their menu upgrades...tonight we ordered and loved 10 lemon pepper wings...to be honest we are regretting not ordering more because they are by far the best wings we have ever had!!!!
