RecommendedA/C was blowing warm air - not good when you’re planning a roadtrip to Missouri!! Called into service last week & was told I could come in until the first week in May!! Asked for a reconsideration - and got it!! Brought my car into service today, and Brad took great care of me. The compressor was leaking, and they didn’t have any in stock. But knowing that I was going out of town tomorrow, Brad was able to acquire a compressor from another dealership & it was installed within the hour!!! Great job by everyone concerned! Buying the car was pleasant. Since then not so much, when I show up to this location I normally have to show video proof of the issue that they said wasn't there. anytime I need something fixed it takes 3 separate visits to get the problem solved. I do not recommend this location.
I brought my previous car, Outback 2002 to Brunswick Subaru for service for 12 yrs. till I handed it over to my nephew who is still driving it. Now I bring my new Legacy for service there too. I find Brunswick Subaru honest and reasonable in their charges for work they do, They provide excellent service and would recommend them to anyone.

I love my Brunswick Subaru dealership. I just bought a second Ascent from them. Service is very efficient, helpful and very reasonably priced. When I go there I don’t feel being scammed, unlike some other dealerships I had a “pleasure” to deal with. Both sales and service teams are very helpful and easy to work with, so I highly recommend them.
