RecommendedHad a great experience at Brunswick Subaru! Bill Hawkins helped me purchase my first new vehicle! He was very patient while I walked in and out of the dealership at least three separate times to be 100% certain on the color. He also went above and beyond to conspire with my boyfriend for my birthday and surprise me with some extra bells and whistles! Thanks Bill for not making car buying a bad expierence!
The service department was very nice and receptive to me and understood my problems. they told me they would check it out and let me know what they found. A short while later they came back and told me everything was taken care of and the problem was not what I originally thought that it was. They were extremely polite and helpful. there’s nothing more I could’ve asked from them. Plus, my car was clean when I got back in, I would Recommend Brunswick Subaru for anyone looking for a car.
My brother has had his car there 3-4 times and they can never find anything wrong with it. He finally bought a code reader and it came up with a misfire code. Now after they have had it for a day there are magically 30 codes popping up. My family has had it to say the least!
Worst customer experience ever. Unapologetic deceptive sales manager ever. Stay away from this place is not worth the headache.
I am on my 3rd car from Brunswick Subaru and have had nothing but great experiences. We have had all of our service performed here and have found them to be very reasonably priced while providing excellent service. We will keep coming back.
Convenient and helpful staff both in sales and service. I just leased my 3rd vehicle from them. The Crosstrek is a sporty fun to drive vehicle.

I purchased a brand new 2016 Outback and since then the radio stopped working and was replaced (less than a year after purchase.) The air conditioning stopped working and has been fixed twice and last week the battery exploded and needed replaced. I was contacted the service manager and asked that they reimburse me the $160 for a new battery but was told "No, since I did not have it replaced at Subaru."
