Today I had the best Subaru experience- the legendary service that Subaru is know for. Advisor James McElwee looked over my Crosstrek as I explained that the bearings were going and I had driven it from Pittsburgh ( last minute work trip) and was heading back in a few days. He realized that it was a severe situation and in the span of the afternoon he and an awesome team of mechanics replaced BOTH driver side bearings and my front axle. The car is driving like new.
