Move-in was easy and stress free. Five stars to the staff and business office.
I moved in last month and the reviews speak for themselves. Lora and the team made the move-in process seamless and as smooth as one can ask for. Their response times and attention to every issue is top-notch and my stay has been wonderful so far, to say the least! Update 2 years on: Lora & the team remain as professional and responsive as ever. Props to them being solid on maintenance and related requests, running a very tight ship.
I cannot recommend Lora enough as a building manager! She went above and beyond to help me find my dream apartment, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. I’ve lived at Brunswick House for 3 months now and have no complaints! Lora was very helpful during the move-in process; even when there was some miscommunication with the leasing office about my move-in date, she made sure I was able to move in on my requested date. Keith is so friendly and always helpful with maintenance requests. And I love my spacious studio unit :) This place is a steal for the location and space!!
