I moved out of Brunswick House in August after a year of living there. Although the staff and fellow residents are nice and the location is great, we had many problems and I think, given the almost universally positive reviews, it is important for future tenants to be aware of them. 1. We spotted mice multiple times in our kitchen. Each time I filed a maintenance ticket, it was closed without addressing the issue. I have been living here for 9 months and while I really like the neighborhood and the building itself, there are several ongoing issues that should be addressed: 1. When I was signing the lease, I wasn’t told that the intercom system at the entrance was broken. After I moved in, I was informed, which means every time I have guests or deliveries, I have to go down X floors to let them in. I even opened several maintenance tickets about this issue, but each time the tickets were closed without the problem being resolved. Each ... read more

Cannot get a hold of leasing office, not responsive at all to emails or phone calls, no matter what day of the week or what time of day. I even visited in person (during supposed business hours) and there was no one in the leasing office.
