I contacted them due to a family members death and didn’t get a phone call until I insisted. They initially sent an email requesting information on the case and then mailed me a letter declining to take the case. I didn’t speak to a single lawyer only what sounded like an inept assistant, I say this because she sounded nervous and tripped over everything she said to me.
