Went there and got a bagel and ice latte and let me say the young lady Josie was beyond exceptional she was STELLAR she took my order and got me my bagel and iced latte in record time. She was very friendly and very courteous of my time she most definitely is the pride and star of brueggers she most definitely deserves a raise big time. This is my favorite place to grab breakfast or lunch when I am flying out of CVG. The food is always fresh and the coffee is always hot. Special shout out to the manager, Brandon, as he's always smiling!
Not sure why they think it’s okay to blast explicit music at 530am. Also one guy is the only one handling bagels with no gloves on. Keeps touching his face then grabbing the bins to fill back up.
