Shitty Volvo parts prices super expensive.
I went from a Volvo to a Kenworth in part due to Ricardo in parts. Bad attitude. Ignorant (has no clue what he’s talking or looking at.) ZERO customer service qualities. Cant greet a customer in a positive, upbeat way. ALWAYS interacts like he’s being bothered. Monotone voice and disengaged body language. Good experience the front counter very knowledgeable.
Took my truck for a/c issue. Their estimate was $4600. I have told them I replaced a/c condenser 2 months ago. They still wanted to replace it. This shop will try to scam you. The shop give you outrages amount in estimate, you decline, they collect $500 in diagnostic fee. Profit without doing any work! I went somewhere else they fix the problem for $575.
