Great experience! Thank you, Mike for the fast install of rotors and brake pads on my vechicle at a reasonal price. Also, I would like to thank Kenny for giving me a lift back home while my car was being repaired, it was very much appreciated.
Very weird experience with quotes - they stated a headlight would require a new repair while all other four auto shops mentioned only a buff would be required and the headlight alone is 1.2k over yet they quoted me 2k higher than any place. When asked for an itemized receipt they suddenly said it wasn’t safe due to wiring related to radars when the radar isn’t located there and no other shop mentions it. Adam was also very gruff and somewhat condescending - poor service and up charges but unable to provide a paper trail.
