Bruce Nelson Plumbing I had a guy come out to my house for a backed up toilet, it took the guy a really long time and he smelled like alchohol. His name was Joe something. Not a good place to call for service, very expensive!
Job Well Done I was very pleased with the service Bruce Nelson Plumbing and Heating provided. They took care of all of the plumbing problems and the service technician was very neat, clean, and thourough. The price was accurate according to the amount of work completed.
Complete Ripoff Paid $320 to have their "expert" boiler technician come out to inspect and turn on the boiler. He spent 2 hours trying to get the thing running and couldn't. He convinced me I would need to replace the boiler. I asked him specifically if it could be the controller, which he adamently denied. He said that even if the controller was the issue, the new one I had picked up wouldn't work. He also ran a CO detection test, even though they unit wasn't running, which we got charged $42 for - complete waste. I went ba... read more
