They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. Dr Campbell makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I wanted a doctor focused on proper alignment instead of trying to correct the problem with drugs or electrical stimulus each day. He has an overall wellness approach and diagnosis and recommendations make sense to me.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
